When will my order be shipped?

For all orders that are placed before 12 midday they will be shipped same day. Anything ordered after midday will be sent the following day. This excludes Sundays, no orders will be shipped on a Sunday.

How do I track my delivery?

I will supply a tracking number for all items once they have been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number contact me ASAP via email & I can provide you a tracking number manually.

My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Contact me ASAP via email. Include your order number, any photos and description of the damage so that I can act on this. I will aim to resolve any issues within 24 hours.

I'm not a fan of the item now I have received it, what should I do?

That's okay! Photos and reality can be different at times. If you want to return your item please ensure it is not used (trying on is okay!) and is in its original packaging. I cannot accept returns on an item that has been worn for a prolonged period of time (trust me, I can tell when its worn). Please see the return policy for further in depth info.

I've accidentally broken my jewellery, can you help?

Absolutely, it happens & a lot of these pieces are fragile. Please contact me directly via email, include your original order number (if you have it!) and also any photos of the piece/description. I cannot guarantee that I can fix every piece but if I can I will run down the options for you. Please note, there may be a slight charge to cover shipping & materials if required.
